Before you’re even able to book a service, a mandatory in-person consultation must be scheduled. What this does is it helps us get to know each other. It lets me ask you about your hair history as well as get to know your current routine and comfortability with your hair.

This also let me see what your hair goals are and if your goal also aligns with your lifestyle and what you’re wanting to spend.

During the consultation, we also talk about what it takes to maintain your hair goals. How often you’ll be in the salon and what products are needed to give you the best result possible.

The biggest issue when asking my clients why they’re unhappy with their current hair situation is that they aren’t informed on how to take care of it after the salon. Sometimes the biggest issues have super simple solutions that just haven’t been taught to them.

I pride myself on educating my clients on what works for them specifically. After every appointment, I send out a very detailed and informative email that tailored to them. I also let my clients know if they ever have any questions or concerns, I’m only a text/email away.
